Patricia Perez Vorona, O.D.

Dr. Patricia Perez is a graduate from the University of IL. at Chicago. She received her Doctorate from the Illinois College of Optometry where she was awarded a scholarship for Underrepresented Population and nominated for the Hearts of America Contact Lens Society award. Her clinical externship was at West Side Veterans Hospital, Hines Veterans Hospital, Sidney Hillman Health Center, David J. Palmer, M.D., S.C., and Illinois Eye Institute. Dr. Perez is experienced in the areas of ocular disease, low vision, primary eye care, pediatrics, cornea and contact lenses, and vision training. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, Illinois Optometric Association, and the IL. Society for the Prevention of Blindness. Dr. Perez has lectured at Illinois College of Optometry on women in optometry and to youth at Piowtrowski Park. When time permits, Dr. Perez enjoys reading and traveling. Dr. Patricia Perez is committed to providing the highest quality of full scope vision and healthcare for you and your family. Dr. Perez is fluent in Spanish and English.

Angelica Perez, O.D.

Angelica Perez, O.D. is a graduate of UIC and received her Doctorate from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2004. Her externship training included contact lenses at Sheppard Air-Force base, advanced care at Midwest Eye Professionals and pediatric, low vision and primary eye care at Illinois Eye Institute. She is a member of the Illinois Optometric Association and American Optometric Association. When Dr. Perez is not seeing patients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. "I am honored to share in a profession that distinguishes itself in providing clear, comfortable and healthy vision." Dr. Perez is in fluent Spanish and English.

Sandy Gonzalez, Office Manager

Sandra (Sandy) Gonzalez has been in the optometric profession for over 19 years.  Her longstanding commitment to patient service has allowed her to become experienced in the newest optical and eyewear innovations.  She continues to increase her knowledge by attending courses in Para optometry and billing/coding.  Sandy enjoys spending time with her family.  She is a proud parent of two.  Sandy is fluent in Spanish and English.

Starting from the left is Samira Jimenez. Samira Jimenez works at the Cermak location as an office manager, administrative assistant, and an optician. Alicia Rodriguez works at the downtown office as an optometric technician, administrative assistant, and an optician. Maria Garcia works at the cermak office as an optometric technician, administrative assistant, insurance writer and an optician. Olivia Cortes works at the cermak office as an optometric technician, administrative assistant, and an optician. Vanessa Perez works at both offices as an optometric technician and administrative assistant. All of the staff at Perez Eye Care are dedicated workers. They not only serve the Doctors with the highest standards, but their patients as well.
